1. Payment Terms
All service fees are quoted and paid in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Unless otherwise stated in a signed proposal, payment must be made in full and in advance before work, account management, production, booking or content scheduling begins.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments are non-refundable once a project, monthly service period, strategy, booking, creative development, production preparation or account-management work has started. Reserved production dates and approved third-party expenses are also non-refundable.
3. Monthly Services
Monthly Instagram management and recurring content services are billed in advance. Work starts only after payment is confirmed. Unused posts, shoots, videos or service hours do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
4. Client Approvals
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content, information, prices, claims and offers before publishing. Delayed feedback may affect delivery or publishing schedules.
5. Revisions
The number and scope of revisions follow the approved quotation or service package. New concepts, major direction changes or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
6. Access & Materials
The client must provide accurate account access, brand files, product details and required approvals. Key Media will treat shared access as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services.
7. Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend, influencers, studio rental, models, locations, props, paid AI tools, licensed media, printing, delivery and other third-party expenses are not included unless clearly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables may be used by the client after full payment. Working files, unused concepts, production methods and editable source files remain with Key Media unless their transfer is included in writing.
9. Portfolio Rights
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, Key Media may display completed public work, account results and brand logos in its website, portfolio and social channels.
10. Results
Key Media provides professional creative and management services but does not guarantee a specific number of followers, views, leads or sales because results depend on the platform, market, offer, budget and audience response.
11. Kuwait Law
These terms are intended for agency services provided in Kuwait and are subject to applicable Kuwaiti law and any signed project agreement.
1. شروط الدفع
جميع رسوم الخدمات محددة وتدفع بالدينار الكويتي. ما لم ينص عرض موقع على غير ذلك، يجب دفع كامل المبلغ مقدماً قبل بدء العمل أو إدارة الحساب أو الإنتاج أو الحجز أو جدولة المحتوى.
2. المبالغ غير مستردة
لا يمكن استرداد الدفعات بعد بدء المشروع أو الخدمة الشهرية أو الاستراتيجية أو التحضير أو الإنتاج أو إدارة الحساب. كما أن مواعيد التصوير المحجوزة والمصاريف الخارجية المعتمدة غير قابلة للاسترداد.
3. الخدمات الشهرية
تدفع خدمات إدارة إنستغرام والمحتوى المتكرر مقدماً. يبدأ العمل بعد تأكيد الدفع، ولا تنتقل المنشورات أو ساعات العمل غير المستخدمة إلى شهر آخر إلا بموافقة مكتوبة.
4. موافقات العميل
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية مراجعة واعتماد المحتوى والمعلومات والأسعار والعروض قبل النشر. وقد يؤثر تأخر الموافقات على جدول التسليم والنشر.
5. التعديلات
يحدد عرض السعر أو الباقة عدد ونطاق التعديلات. الأفكار الجديدة أو تغيير الاتجاه بشكل جذري أو الطلبات خارج النطاق قد تتطلب رسوماً إضافية.
6. الصلاحيات والمواد
يلتزم العميل بتوفير صلاحيات الحساب وملفات الهوية ومعلومات المنتجات والموافقات المطلوبة. تتعامل Key Media مع هذه البيانات بسرية وتستخدمها لتنفيذ الخدمة فقط.
7. التكاليف الخارجية
ميزانيات الإعلانات والمؤثرون والاستوديو والمودلز والمواقع والإكسسوارات والأدوات المدفوعة والمواد المرخصة والطباعة والتوصيل غير مشمولة ما لم تذكر بوضوح.
8. الملكية الفكرية
يحق للعميل استخدام المواد النهائية المعتمدة بعد سداد كامل المبلغ. تبقى الملفات المفتوحة والأفكار غير المستخدمة وأساليب الإنتاج والملفات المصدرية ملكاً لـ Key Media ما لم يتفق على نقلها كتابياً.
9. حقوق العرض
ما لم توجد اتفاقية سرية مكتوبة، يحق لـ Key Media عرض الأعمال العامة المكتملة ونتائج الحسابات وشعارات العملاء ضمن الموقع وملف الأعمال ومنصات التواصل.
10. النتائج
تقدم Key Media خدمات إبداعية وإدارية احترافية، لكنها لا تضمن عدداً محدداً من المتابعين أو المشاهدات أو العملاء أو المبيعات لأن النتائج تعتمد على المنصة والسوق والعرض والميزانية واستجابة الجمهور.
11. القانون الكويتي
تخضع هذه الشروط للخدمات المقدمة في دولة الكويت وللقوانين الكويتية المعمول بها وأي اتفاقية مشروع موقعة.
